What is an REO (Real Estate Owned)?
An REO is a real estate property that has been repossessed by a lender(s) as a result of payment-default on behalf of the property owners. These types of assets are usually offered at a highly competitive price in order for the lender(s) to recoup its funds as quickly as possible.

What is a Pre-Listing?
A pre-listing is a bank-owned property that it is not yet available on the market for sale, but will be usually within 30 days from the pre-listing announcement.
